Q: What does the "Cash available for credit improvement" box mean?
A: As part of the score wizard credit analysis, the program will determine what potential benefit you will receive by paying down certain debts. Please keep in mind that you will still need to maintain funds for down payment and closing costs. Depending on your credit profile, paying down the right debts can often have a huge impact on your score.
Q: I closed the window! How can I go back in and review my analysis?
A: A receipt was sent to your email address that has a link to view the report.
Q: I received the Scores and the Analysis, but no report. How can I get a copy?
A: The report is available from the lender. Expect a call from a loan officer or contact the company.We will email you copy of the report or provide another link to view online.
Q: Why should I pay for this if I can get pre-qualified down the street for free?
A: This report offers an action plan that we can all follow to make sure you can qualify for the best loans.
Q: Why do I need all 3 analyses, when someone already gave me one from another bureau?
A: Statistics from CreditXpert® show that if you only use one analysis, you can qualify for a better loan 20% of the time. If you use all three, that increases to 80%.
Q: I ordered the analysis, but the charges were different than the receipt. What happened?
A: If your credit report is not available from one of the bureaus, we cannot provide the analysis for it. Your pricing has been reduced by the cost of the service that was not provided.
Q: Can I show this to my real estate agent?
A: You purchased the report, and are free to do with it as you see fit.
Q: Will I get a lot of phone calls from other lenders when I order my report?
A: We do not sell your information, however, the credit reporting agencies that maintain your credit information may. Your name, address, and phone number may be sold to competing lenders, and you may be contacted.This is why we recommend that you do not put your phone number on this form.
