At Allied Mortgage Group, Inc. we realize that there are many lending choices available to you the consumer. We truly believe we will provide you with a better borrowing experience and we guarantee that you will be satisfied with the highest level of services that separate us from the competition.
We Guarantee the following to our clients: No surprise fees at the closing table. At the time of application you will be supplied with a good faith estimate. Should any of the fees payable to Allied Mortgage Group Inc. exceed our estimate you will be refunded double the difference. *Discount points and origination fees are outlined in the Rate Guarantee agreement, not the Good Faith Estimate provided at application.
Clear rate lock-in Policy. You will know what options you have obtain a rate guarantee and should you choose a rate guarantee, the amount you pay for the interest rate, origination fee or discount points will clearly written and guaranteed in writing. No bait and switch, no wondering when or if your rate and fees are guaranteed.
On time settlement without delay. Settlement date extensions are not an option and can put your contract in jeopardy. We guarantee to make your settlement date as stated on the contract, provided you apply for your mortgage loan within 3 weeks of the settlement date. If for any reason there will be a delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified of said circumstances immediately. As part of our service, we will work closely with your title company, realtor, attorney, or other third party to rectify the issue causing the delay.
We will attend your settlement and explain the documents. All efforts will be made to attend every closing that is located within 75 miles of our office. In the event of a scheduling conflict, you will be provided the option to review the documents the day before closing.
Required settlement funds will not be a mystery. We will review the amount of funds needed for settlement prior to closing. You will not be embarrassed by not having enough funds at closing.
Clear communications during the loan process. We will be in constant contact during the loan process. You will receive regular updates from your loan officer and processor eliminating the need for last minute requests for information.
You will understand what type of loan you are agreeing to. Unfortunately, many unscrupulous and unsavory mortgage lenders have clearly misrepresented the terms of the mortgage loan their borrowers was applying for. At Allied Mortgage Group we provide you with lending options that are clear and appropriate for your needs.
Your property appraisal will be provided to you. Many lenders require you to make a written request to obtain a copy of the property appraisal. At Allied Mortgage Group, Inc. we realize that you paid for the appraisal and you should be entitled to a copy of it without having to jump through hoops.
If for any reason we fail to meet the standards of our guarantee, we will credit you $400.
